After the success of our first project, where architect Artemis Lizardou designed the houses, we have acquired some more land next to the project, where we are designing two houses that remind you of the windmills that were to be found on Aegina.

Architect Elias Messinas has designed these houses. With the design, we are still in the initial phase, should you be interested and/or have any specific wishes, please let us know.

PROJECT LADIANO 1

Architect Artemis Lizardou has designed four houses, each different from eachother. The houses are accessible via a central road, leading to the entrance of each individual plot. All houses have a basement where a self-containing apartment can be built, consisting of a kitchenette/livingroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, shower and space for central heating unit, washing machine and storage. Access from outside through a separate staircase, access from inside is also possible.

LADIANO IN PROGRESS

  

The construction of the 4 houses is going as planned and the first house is expected to be ready in August 2005.

LADIANO 3

Next to Ladiano 2, on a plot of just over 1,300 sqm, we will design two houses, one large and one small house. We will start this project in the second half of 2005.
