At Medi Terra, the procedure of building a property is generally as follows :

01. Our architect will discuss your needs as far as space, rooms, balconies, roofs and other important details, we will be going through as much documentation as possible

02. With these as our guidelines, we will make up an architectural plan which we will discuss with you.

03. When the plan has been agreed, we shall apply for the building permit.

04. After the building permit is acquired we discuss and agree all the materials that will be used.

05. In the meantime, we make a detailed estimate as to the cost of the building and a technical report with all the details will be given to you.

06. We sign a contract for the style and materials for the building
(payment will be made in stages as the work progresses).

07. Construction starts. The average time from the beginning until the house is finished is eight working months from the signing of the contract.

08. The average cost for a country house at this moment (September 2008) is 1.500 Euro/m², including veranda with pergola on 20% of the surface of the house.

09. We also offer help in interior design (furniture, curtains etc.) and, later, when the house is finished, external landscaping (fences, lights, sidewalks, garages, plants etc.).

10. If finance is needed, we can assist: our contacts with banks may be of help to you.
