01.	EXCAVATIONS The excavations for the whole building are performed according to the architectural and statical studies and the synthesis of the ground.
02.	FOUNDATION, SUPPORT SYSTEM The support system of the house, such as foundation, columns, beams and flooring are of concrete,reinforced with steel in the dimensions needed by the static requirements.
03.	BRICKWORK The walls of the house are laid with bricks that have the dimensions 0,085 x 0,115 x 0,18 m. The external walls are 0,20 m, double laid with an isolation of 0,03 m in the middle, the internal walls are 0,10 m. Upon request, we will use YTONG, with an extremely high thermal insulation factor.
04.	ROOFING The roof is concrete or wooden and it is covered with Roman type tiles. Between the tiles and the wooden roof there is a layer of insulation material.
05.	PLUMBING AND BATHROOM FIXTURES The plumbing is installed to high standards. The hot and cold water pipes are of polyethylene with plastic traps in the floor. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler, often linked to a solar system. The sewage pipes are good quality, PVC pipes outside the building and lead to a septic tank. The bathroom fixtures ( sink, toilet, shower ) are white. The bathroom and kitchen taps are of excellent quality.
06.	ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION A complete electrical installation according to the plans is provided, there is also wiring for telephone and TV. Upon request, we will install wireless telephone and TV equipment.

	All electrical connections lead to a control board, which is equipped with safety features. The electrical installations are grounded.
07.	HEATING All houses have a fireplace. Upon your request, we can install central heating, based on an oil or gas burner or a heatpump,linked to electric floorheating We will be happy to supply you with more information.
08.	DOORS AND WINDOWS
a	Doors and windows are aluminium of good quality, in the version shown in the plans. they consist of three elements: external shutter, screen and glass. The main entrance is of aluminium with insulation in the middle. The colour of doors and windows is white. Any other colour is possible with extra charge. Upon request, we will fit wooden doors and window frames.
b	The internal doors are pressed - Swedish wood with MDF surface in plain shape; they are painted white.
09.	BUILT- IN CUPBOARDS Kitchen cupboards are melamine and the kitchen sink is stainless steel.
10.	FLOORING,TILES The floors are covered with tiles or -upon request-marble. The floor and the walls of the bathroom and the wall of the kitchen between the upper / lower cupboards will be covered with tiles.
11.	PAINTING The internal walls are painted with latex paint, the external walls are painted with acrylic paint. The internal doors are painted with oil paint.
12.	CONNECTION WITH PUBLIC MAINS We commit ourselves to carry through all bureaucratic procedures for the connection with the electricity and water mains.
