Erik has been running a variety of businesses in several European countries, most of them related to building construction. 25 years of experience in this field result in expertise in project planning, budgeting and supervising. Erik has lived in Greece since 2000 and has been involved with the design, construction and sales of several properties.

Jimmy Cooke

has a professional background in hospitality management leisure and tourism in the UK. Jimmy managed several major projects from concept, design branding and full implementation for two major companies in the UK. Also a lecturer in Catering and Hospitality management and from Greek parentage Jimmy’s dream was to live in Greece and now with Aegina Property Services is able to offer full property management service.
